Bsnl customers can get Bsnl settings by sending SMS in the given format <manufacturer name> space <model name> of your handset and send it to 58355. (E.g. <Nokia> space <N79> to 58355)

Configure Manually Bsnl APN Internet Settings
To configure APN settings, Open your mobile Settings >> Mobile networks and edit Access Points Names option with below settings.
